Bomb Threat Arrest

On Monday, February 1st, Kingman Police arrested Manuel Miguel Molines, 39 of Kingman, on felony charges of Making Terroristic Threats and Interference with Education Facility.  Monday at about 7:00am police responded to Kingman Middle School, in the 1900blk. of Detroit Ave regarding an unknown subject calling the school and making a non-specific bomb threat.  Officers responded to the school and found nothing suspicious.  A second call was received at 9:00am.   During this call a KPD School. Resource Officer was investigating the origin of the first call.  The officer observed  Molines walking away from the suspected source of the phone call.  The investigation revealed that Molines made the second call.  Molines was arrested and booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.  Molines is suspected of making the first call. His motivation is unknown. The investigation is on-going.
