Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Teresa Diane Vega, 52, Charity Leeann Clark, 42, and Jay Michael Keany, 43, and, all of Kingman. Vega was arrested on a felony fugitive from justice warrant issued by the U.S. Marshals Office. Clark was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and two undesignated warrants issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Keany was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, a warrant for failure to pay fines and two undesignated warrants, all issued by Kingman Justice Court.
Approximately 10:30 pm, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Canary Lane and Mallard Drive. Deputies contacted the driver, identified as Keany. A record check showed Keany to have outstanding warrants. Keany was taken into custody without incident. Deputies contacted the female passenger in the front seat, identified as Clark. A record check showed Clark to have outstanding warrants. While speaking with Clark, deputies observed someone hiding under a blanket in the back seat. Deputies contacted the female, identified as Vega. An additional record check showed Vega to have an outstanding warrant. During a search, Keany was found to be in possession of a plastic bag containing a white residue. Deputies also located glass pipes in the vehicle belonging to Clark. Keany, Vega and Clark were taken into custody without incident. All were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
