ARREST: Kelli Ellen Ferguson,54 of Kingman, Tuesday afternoon (02/06) for DUI, DUI with a Blood Alcohol Content above .08, Extreme DUI with a Blood Alcohol Content Above .20 and Leaving the Scene of an Accident

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kelli Ellen Ferguson,54 of Kingman, Tuesday afternoon (02/06)

for DUI, DUI with a Blood Alcohol Content above .08, Extreme DUI with a Blood Alcohol Content Above .20

and Leaving the Scene of an Accident, all misdemeanors. She was also charged with Aggravated Assault, a

felony. Deputies responded to the area of Lum and Tommie reference a silver truck that had struck a parked

vehicle. The female driver of the truck, Kelli Ferguson, attempted to flee the scene after striking the parked

vehicle. A witness attempted to stop Ferguson by reaching for the keys in the ignition of the silver truck.

Ferguson began to drive away and dragged the male victim about 50 feet. The male victim suffered minor

injuries. Ferguson was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
