Arrest for Felony Flight from LEO, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, and Possession of Paraphernalia

On Thursday, August 6th, at about 11:50pm, Kingman Police arrested Marty Brandon Tisdale, 39 of Kingman, on felony charges of Vehicle Theft, Flight from Law Enforcement, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and four (4) felony criminal warrants issued out of MCSO.

An officer attempted to stop a white in color Hyundai Tucson for a traffic offense in the 800blk of Airway Ave.

The driver, later identified as Tisdale, failed to stop and fled at a high rate of speed. As Tisdale continued Eastbound on Airway Ave. he failed to stop for a red light at the intersection of Stockton Hill Rd., where he crashed into another vehicle. Tisdale then fled on foot but was captured and taken into custody near a restaurant in the 3400blk of Stockton Hill Rd.

The driver of the other vehicle received minor injuries, as did Tisdale.

Tisdale was taken into custody and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and the associated drug paraphernalia.

Tisdale was also discovered to have four felony warrants for his arrest on assorted charges out of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.

The vehicle Tisdale was driving was discovered to have just been stolen from a residence in the 500blk of Simon Ave.

Tisdale was evaluated for his injuries and booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility on his charges.

The investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be pending.
